Summary
Manage day-to-day operations of the shop, including opening/closing procedures.
Supervise Staff: Train staff, schedule shifts and ensure good performance.
Ensure Food Quality and Hygiene standards are met (including food safety regulations).
Oversee Customer Service: handle complaints, ensure fast and friendly service.
Monitor Stock levels and order supplies (like chicken, Fries, Oil, Packaging, etc.)
Control costs and budget, aiming to reduce waste and increase profit.
