What you'll be doing;
- To ensure all scheduled work for collection services is up to date and bins delivery requests are allocated daily , to liaise and work together with the collection team making sure all the work including missed collection are completed within SLA.
- Daily overview of the echo including SLA alert of SLA deadline and immediate communication with Collection Management team.
- To liaise daily with the Collection Management team , making sure all the events are correctly assigned and any issues reported to the Operations Manager.
- To cover street cleansing services echo related while other Control members are not available.
- To assist in adding and allocating to the service on Echo new properties confirmed by LLPG.
- To assist with site bin assessment and the bins purchase process and to ensure the adequate minimum Veolia and Brent stock is kept at all times,
- Take payment for bin sales in accordance with the GDPR protocol
- Perform duties in an efficient & effective manner that will ensure maximum productivity
- To accurately complete appropriate forms/paperwork, Team Safe Behaviour, near-miss reporting into relevant reporting systems when required.
- Comply with any site conditions and VMR requirements , ensuring Health & Safety procedures are followed.
- Assisting with note taking (Investigation/disciplinaries) when required.
What we're looking for;
Essential:
- Prior experience in a similar environment would be essential.
- The ability to work as part of a team with good communication skills at all levels is necessary.
- Basic understanding of Health & Safety at work.
- IT Skills
- 3.5T Category B Driving Licence
Desirable:
- HGV Driving Licence
- Experience of Google Suite.
- Echo experience
