Your new company
Your new company are a dynamic, fast-growing co-living property development company dedicated to creating innovative, community-focused living spaces. Due to recent expansion of their portfolio, they're seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join their team and take the lead in managing the financial aspects of their developments and operating assets.
Your new role
In your new role as Financial Controller you will oversee financial planning, analysis, and control across both development projects and operational co-living assets. This role plays a key part in supporting strategic decision-making by delivering accurate financial insights, managing budgets, ensuring compliance within a complex corporate structure, and handling investor reporting.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this exciting yet challenging role you will bring strong experience in real estate or hospitality finance, possess sharp analytical and commercial acumen, and be confident in engaging with senior leadership. You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with over five years of experience in finance roles, ideally within the real estate, property development, or hospitality sectors. You will have strong financial modelling, project finance skills, along with advanced Excel. You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with clear communication and a high level of attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment is also crucial for success in this role.
What you'll get in return
You will recieve a salary of up to £70,000 plus a performance-related bonus. You will operate 5 days a week on site with flexibility of start and finish times. You will join a rapidly growing real estate SME who can offer real job stability and future progression.
