The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, highly organised, and ambitious Personal &Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Kyoto Network`s growing operations. Based in our Leeds office (Crown House, Armley Road), you will be right at the centre of a company dealing with global partners, large scale projects, and constant momentum.
This is not a traditional assistant role. It is a launchpad into the world of sustainability, impact business, and global entrepreneurship. If you`re looking for a box ticking job, this is`nt it, but if you want to learn, grow, and be part of something game changing keep reading:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO`s diary, appointments, travel, inbox and general personal admin
Organise calls, meetings, follow ups, and support corporate sales/partnerships
Track project timelines, deliverables, and documentation
Prepare notes, documents, and occasionally assist with presentations or proposals
Liaise with internal team members and external stakeholders
Keep things moving in a fast paced environment, staying one step ahead
General in office administration and coordination

Versatility - you`re a fast learner, not afraid to get stuck in, and enjoy wearing different hats
Initiative & Energy - you`re self motivated, proactive, and calm under pressure
Discretion & Trust - you`ll be working closely with the CEO on personal and business matters
Multilingual (bonus) - we operate internationally so language skills are a plus
