Job Title: Plumbing Lecturer

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching in Plumbing across Level 1 to Level 3.
- Support and mentor learners in both practical and theoretical aspects of the subject.
- Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and course materials in line with curriculum standards.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the development of plumbing curriculum and promote best teaching practices.
- Maintain a safe and engaging workshop environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Participate in college meetings, CPD, and enrichment activities.
Skills & Experience:
- A relevant Plumbing qualification (minimum Level 3).
- A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS) or willingness to work towards one.
- Industry experience in plumbing or related trade.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A commitment to supporting learners in achieving their goals.
- A clean, enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
