About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Electrician to carry out a wide range of electrical repairs, maintenance, and
installations across our social housing stock. You will play a vital role in ensuring our residents live in safe, decent homes,
working both independently and as part of a responsive maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out electrical repairs, testing, and installations in occupied and void properties.
* Complete EICRs and remedial works in line with current regulations.
* Diagnose and rectify faults in domestic electrical systems.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and electrical legislation (e.g., BS 7671).
* Accurately complete job sheets, reports, and certification using handheld technology.
* Deliver excellent customer service to tenants and residents.



About You:

* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation.
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification (BS 7671).
* City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 Testing & Inspection (desirable).
* Experience in domestic installations, including carry out all relevant testing to comply with BS7671.
* Previous experience in social housing, local authority, or domestic maintenance (desirable).
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Full UK driving licence (van provided).
