Your Role as a Specialist TA:

Provide 1:1 and small group support in a High Dependency Unit
Provide 1:1 and small group support in a High Dependency Unit

Use ABA strategies and PECS to deliver structured learning sessions
Use ABA strategies and PECS to deliver structured learning sessions

Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and school leaders to personalise learning plans

Participate in ongoing training and performance reviews to enhance your professional growth

Who We're Looking For:

Experience in ABA, SEN, or autism support is ideal-but not essential
