Responsibilities

Coordinate with community organizations and service providers to facilitate client access to necessary services.
Support clients in goal setting and behavior change efforts to improve their quality of life.
Attend meetings and training sessions to stay informed about best practices in social work.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in a social services setting is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
Empathy and a non-judgmental attitude towards individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Basic knowledge of social service agencies and community resources.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documenting client progress.
