Summary

Job description
Premier Cars is a friendly and established SEN transport firm based in New Malden. We are currently looking for an experienced office administrator with a background in Special Educational Needs (SEN) transport and liaising with local councils.

Key Requirements:

Must have excellent spoken and written English

Strong telephone manner and communication skills

IT skills essential – knowledge of Microsoft Office required; touch typing preferred

Previous experience working with SEN transport coordination is highly desirable

Familiarity with UK customer service standards and an understanding of the cultural sensitivities of our client base is beneficial.

Experience using Autocab Ghost 365 Despatch system is an advantage but not necessary.

Must be able to provide recent, checkable references
This part-time role is ideal for someone local to the area or with access to their own transport

We are looking for someone reliable, organised, and calm under pressure, who is comfortable working in a dynamic office environment that supports children with additional needs.
