Key Responsibilities
• Strategy Development: Design and execute a social media strategy aligned with the company’s goals to enhance brand visibility and drive sales in the logistics sector.
• Content Creation: Produce engaging, high-quality content (including posts, videos, and graphics) tailored to platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and Facebook, showcasing our services and expertise.
• Audience Engagement: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback on social media platforms to foster positive relationships and enhance customer service.
• Data Analysis: Track and analyse social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and leverage social media to support lead generation and customer retention.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on social media trends, logistics industry developments, and competitor activities to keep our online presence innovative and competitive.
• Compliance: Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and complies with UK advertising and data protection regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
• Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Analytical Ability: Experience in analyzing data to measure campaign success and inform strategic decisions.
• Organisation: Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin), both written and spoken, with the ability to create professional and culturally appropriate content for diverse audiences.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to diverse audiences.
