Summary
This role is responsible for supporting all process aspects for the Sonic TeleRad service line: Provide full administrative support to our network of teleradiologists. Facilitate liaison between our teleradiologists and our entity technologist and clerical teams for any query that may arise during the reporting process utilising InteleOrchestrator. Ensure all information is accurate and followed up on behalf of the teleradiologist in all instances of them raising a query regarding the examination and follow-up, including any critical result delivery workflows. Facilitate the provision of frontline support and troubleshooting for all aspects of the radiology information and reporting systems for the teleradiologists. Part of a team to support a commitment to service excellence that underpins the patient experience.
