Summary
• Oversee and direct the activities of sales staff, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and effectively meeting their sales goals.
• Maintain store appearance, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed, inventory is managed, and the store is clean and orderly.
• Provide excellent customer service, address customer complaints, and handle inquiries professionally.
• Help the team achieve sales targets, track sales performance, and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor inventory levels, order stock when needed, and ensure merchandise is available to meet customer demand.
• Motivate and coach sales staff to enhance their performance, skills, and customer interactions.
• Create and monitor work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and coverage during peak hours.
• Resolve operational issues, address employee concerns, and facilitate communication between management and the sales team
