Summary
One of the Midlands most prestigious hotel near Birmingham is on the lookout for a strong CDP for its award winning fine dining restaurant. You will be working with fresh, local and seasonal produce all with a huge modern British emphasis.
You will not have to worry about bar food, afternoon tea, weddings etc this is all taken care of by a different department so you can focus 100% on the restaurant hence why they are winning awards time and time again.
As long as you have fresh food experience and a passion for the industry you will be fine.
