Summary
Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship
From Small Acorns, Great Oaks Grow- Peppermint Nursery is based in the heart of a multicultural community and works closely to build relationships with families particularly those who may have English as an additional language. They believe that all children have the right to be understood as individuals and to be given time and opportunity to grow from 18 months old to 4 years old. Children are able to enjoy the nursery's indoor and outdoor spaces in a free-flow approach.

• Full-time role (30+ hrs/week, 14-month duration, Monday to Friday)
• Expert mentoring & hands-on experience

Your Role:
• Support children’s daily routines and development
• Help deliver creative, engaging activities
• Track progress through observation
What You’ll Need:
• GCSE Maths & English (Grade C/4 or equivalent)
• A genuine passion for working with children
• Good communication & time management skills
• Childcare experience is a bonus
