Full time hrs on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities- Conduct property inspections for Right to Buy applications.
- Prepare accurate valuation reports in accordance with relevant legislation and guidance.
- Liaise with legal and housing teams to support the Right to Buy process.
- Provide expert advice on property condition, boundaries, and valuation disputes.
- Maintain detailed records and ensure timely completion of surveys.
