Pay: £14.25 – £16.00 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

Do you have a passion for supporting children and young people to reach their full potential? We are seeking compassionate and dependable individuals to join our team in Milton Keynes as Residential Children’s Workers.
This rewarding role will see you supporting children in residential care, helping them develop essential life skills, build confidence, and feel safe and valued in a structured and nurturing environment.
Your Responsibilities:
Provide emotional and practical support to children and young people
Encourage independence and personal development
Ensure a safe, stable, and nurturing environment
Collaborate with a professional team to provide tailored, person-centred care

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (preferred but not essential)
