Residential Children’s Worker – Wing, Buckinghamshire
Pay: £14.25 – £16.00 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
Full-time & Part-time | Flexible Shift Patterns Available
Are you driven to make a positive difference in the lives of children and young people? We're seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team in Wing as Residential Children’s Workers.
This role offers a fulfilling opportunity to provide day-to-day support and guidance to young people living in residential care—helping them grow in confidence, learn essential life skills, and feel safe and valued.
Your Role Will Include:
Delivering consistent emotional and practical support to children and young people
Encouraging independence and supporting personal development
Creating a safe, structured, and nurturing living environment
Collaborating with a wider team of professionals to provide person-centred care

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (preferred, but not essential)
