Are you passionate about supporting children and young people to thrive? We’re looking for caring, dependable individuals to join our team in Leighton Buzzard as Residential Children’s Workers.
This rewarding position involves providing daily support to children in residential care—helping them build essential life skills, develop confidence, and feel safe and supported in a structured home environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Offering emotional and practical support to children and young people
Promoting personal development and encouraging independence
Helping maintain a nurturing, stable, and safe home environment
Working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualised care
