Key Responsibilities of the HR Administrator:
• Onboard future talent – coordinate pre‑employment checks, right‑to‑work docs and day‑one readiness for new joiners.
• Keep pay on point – collate and submit starter, leaver and change data to payroll, answering routine pay queries.
• Be the benefits go‑to – field first‑line questions and liaise with our specialist benefits team on more complex cases.
• Manage the employee lifecycle – maintain Workday records, prepare change‑of‑terms and resignation letters, track probations and archive leaver files.
• Guard the data – handle sensitive information with absolute integrity and confidentiality.
• Lend a hand on projects – jump into HR initiatives, surveys and ad‑hoc business support tasks as they arise.
