Barista / Food Service Assistant Supervisor – Weekdays OnlyLocation: Bournemouth, BH7 7DAPay: £12.90 per hourHours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday(Shifts between 7:00am – 6:00pm)
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Barista / Food Service Assistant Supervisor to lead a small front-of-house team in our busy on-site coffee shop in Bournemouth. If you’re passionate about great coffee, excellent service, and enjoy leading by example — this could be your next opportunity.
What you'll be doing:
- Supervising and supporting a small front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service
- Handcrafting a range of beverages to brand standards
- Serving customers at the till with energy and professionalism
- Opening and setting up the coffee shop for daily success
- Carrying out stock ordering and regular stocktakes
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
What we’re looking for:
- Previous barista experience is essential
- Understanding of food safety standards
- Experience in a supervisory or team lead role is preferred
- Hospitality background is desirable
- Strong organisational skills and a hands-on approach
- Full vetting will be required
