Hours: 36 per week, 52 weeks

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced people manager to join the Area Based Regeneration and Shared Repairs Service in the Low-rise area-based team (Mixed Tenure Improvement Service).

The successful applicant will have lead responsibility for managing the day-to-day administration of all finance-related issues in a busy and complex environment.

You should be confident in supporting two busy teams and have strong communication skills.

The post holder will be responsible for the supervision and management of the Grade 5 Income and Cost Recovery Officers and the Grade 6 Information & Control Officer. They will lead the management, organisation and development of this team including work planning, recruitment and training.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
