We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team in Bradford. The successful candidate will be nurse-qualified with a current NMC PIN and possess strong leadership skills to take charge on shift. Responsibilities include inducting and training new staff, supporting the manager in clinical aspects of the home, and contributing to the turnaround of the facility.
