Summary
Part-Time Aftersales Advisor required for Automotive Main Dealership in the Ipswich area.
Our Client is an offering a unique 50/50 dual role as a Warranty & Service Advisor. The Aftersales Advisor role will be a dynamic mix of both Service Advisor and Warranty Administrator responsibilities, providing variety in your day-to-day and the chance to develop across two core areas of the dealership..

Duties:
- Meeting and greeting Service Customers and identifying their requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and admin accuracy
- Processing and submitting warranty claims accurately
- Liaising with manufacturers and internal departments
- Ensuring compliance with brand warranty processes
Specification:
- You will have a previous working experience as either a Service Advisor and Warranty Administrator (ideally both)
- Experience within Motor Trade DMS systems
- Excellent attention to detail and admin accuracy
- Full UK Driving Licence
Working as an Part-Time Aftersales Advisor for our client, you can expect a basic salary of £20,000 with OTE up to £24,000.
