Summary

IPS Group are working with a well-established and fast-growing insurance broker in Halesowen to recruit two Insurance Sales Executives to join their successful Motor Trade Road Risk team.

This is an outbound sales role converting warm leads into sales – absolutely no cold calling. All leads are recent and come directly from customers who have completed online quotation requests or been referred to the business. Many of these leads are less than 24 hours old.

The business is open-minded on background – they’re happy to consider candidates with Personal Lines or Commercial Insurance experience, as well as those with no insurance background at all, as long as you have a real enthusiasm for sales and are confident speaking to customers over the phone. Full one-to-one training is provided.

You’ll be part of a high-performing team that already converts around 30% of all enquiries into sales. You’ll be expected to contact warm leads, discuss the client’s motor trade insurance requirements, and provide the most suitable policy from a panel of competitive insurers. There are a number of exclusive products available, making this a strong sales proposition.

This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with a one-hour lunch. No evenings or weekends.

Package includes:

- Basic salary between £23,000 – £26,000
- Realistic OTE of £35,000 – £45,000 with uncapped monthly commission
- 35 days annual leave including Bank Holidays
