Summary

IPS Group is working with a rapidly growing insurance broker in Halesowen who are looking to bring two confident and driven Sales Executives into their successful Motor Trade team. This role is perfect for individuals with outbound sales or contact centre experience, particularly those used to handling warm leads and converting them into sales – no insurance background required.

You’ll be working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment, speaking to customers who have actively requested quotes for motor trade insurance. These are hot leads, with most less than 24 hours old – no cold calling involved.

Your role will be to contact the customer, understand their needs, and guide them towards a suitable insurance product using a consultative approach. Full training is provided, and you’ll be supported every step of the way to learn the market and products.

What we’re looking for:

- Previous experience in outbound sales or lead follow-up (e.g. energy, telecoms, financial services, call centre, B2C sales)
- Comfortable speaking to customers over the phone
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Motivated by targets and commission
- A team player with a great attitude and willingness to learn
