Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Duty Floor Manager to support the Floor Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in leading and supervising the front-of-house team during service
Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations, especially during busy periods
Greet and serve guests with professionalism and warmth
Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely service
Maintain a clean and organised dining environment
Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant setting
Fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude with a hands-on approach
Ability to work under pressure and maintain high service standards
