Quality Engineer wanted.....
Location: Aston (with occasional travel to customer sites across the UK)
The Best Connection Group Limited are hiring for an experienced Quality Engineer for our well established client based in the Birmingham area, in Aston. This is a 3 month contract for now, however this could change.
Key Responsibilities Review, understand and follow all operating procedures within the Quality department. Receive and react to all customer QA issues. Complete any relevant QA training and development courses that are required. Provide targets in relation to Yield Improvements Assist Quality supervisor with any department activities. Report any quality measurement indices. Attend and gain a full understanding of internal meetings where required. Follow internal processes to ensure products flow through the quality department quickly and efficiently. Conduct internal audits where requested. Ensure core tools are used for day to day quality. Obtain a good understanding and develop the ability to produce Aerospace documentation including FAIR'S and any in production supporting documentation. The ideal candidate requirements: Plans ahead and works in a systematic and organised way Follows directions and procedures Focuses on customer satisfaction and delivers quality services Shows evidence of clear analytical thinking. Can get to the heart of complex problems and issues. Ability to apply own expertise effectively Can learn new technology quickly. Can communication well in writing. Pay £16 - £19 per hour, depending on experience. Hours Monday to Thursday 7am - 16:00pm Friday 7am - 12pm Why apply?
