What You Will Do as Quality Engineer:
• Manage customer quality concerns, including returns and warranty issues, ensuring effective analysis and resolution
• Create and update production control plans for new and modified products, aligning with business processes
• Compile and submit customer PPAPs for approval, ensuring all requirements are met
• Support production teams by addressing process and product concerns, driving improvements and non-recurrence
• Conduct product and process audits in line with IATF16949 standards, ensuring compliance and readiness for third-party audits
• Act as a key liaison with customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring adherence to their quality processes
What You Will Bring as Quality Engineer;
• Proven experience in quality concern resolution, including 8D methodology
• Familiarity with the 5 core tools of quality management
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing environments, particularly machining, assembly, and testing
• Strong interpersonal skills to build effective customer relationships and work across all levels of management
