Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Lecturers who is keen to continuously improve the experience for learners. We welcome applications from newly teacher trained and experienced teachers from Schools, Sixth Form Colleges and FE Colleges.
The successful candidates should hold a degree in a relevant subject area and previous experience of delivery on AS/A2 curriculum would be advantageous. You should either hold or be working towards a recognised teaching qualification.
The successful candidates will put Teaching, Learning, Assessment, and learners progress at the forefront to support learners of all ages and abilities to achieve their potential. You must be able to work across the College Group at our Campus’ in Watford, Hemel Hempstead, and Luton.
You’ll have the full support of a dynamic team and opportunities to bring your ideas to the role. Training and development are at the heart of everything we do so you’ll be encouraged to upskill.
The closing date for applications is Sunday 10th August 2025 with interviews being held week commencing 18th August 2025.
