Due to business requirements this post is available on a Full Time/Flexible Working basis. Where business needs allow, some roles may be suitable for a combination of office and home-based working. We drive digital ambitions, design appropriate solutions and deliver digital services quickly and effectively. Your main day to day responsibilities will be:
- Take responsibility for delivery of technology products and services across multiple teams, facilitating and coaching in the most appropriate methodologies for complex, ambiguous situations. Facilitate structured approaches to problem-solving and competing user needs, continuously improving processes and performance.
- Lead delivery within cost and time constraints, ensuring that realistic plans are maintained. Ensure regular, accurate communication with stakeholders and engagement with appropriate governance.
- Develop and bring together motivated, functioning teams, empowering cross-team collaboration and joined-up delivery. Monitor the health of interactions between teams and resolve issues.
- Ensure that risks are identified, their impact and probability are understood, and mitigations are in place, involving specialists where necessary.
- Identify and understand stakeholder groups and their needs. Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and plans and lead teams in executing them.
- Work proactively with suppliers involved in delivery, monitoring their performance, and collaborating to resolve issues. Help to improve supplier management processes.
