McGinley Support Services is currently recruiting for a highly skilled Earthworks Supervisor to work on the BBV section of the HS2 project in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Earthworks Supervisor to contribute to one of the UK's most prestigious infrastructure developments.
About the Role:As an Earthworks Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing site teams delivering major bulk earthworks packages. You'll coordinate groundworks crews, monitor progress against programme, ensure health and safety compliance, and liaise with site engineers and management. The ideal Earthworks Supervisor will have experience managing large-scale civils operations.

Gold CSCS Card

SSSTS or SMSTS Certificate

Full UK Driving Licence

Strong leadership and communication skills

Previous experience in a similar Earthworks Supervisor role

Competitive PAYE direct rate of £24.14/hour

Overtime at £32.10/hour (after 10 hours daily)

Weekend rate of £36.21/hour
