Summary
Title: Production Supervisor / Production Line Leader We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor for a leading manufacturer of high-quality chocolates in Yardley. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of production lines, overseeing daily production activities and motivating a team of production staff to achieve high levels of quality and productivity.
Responsibilities will include: Supervising a team of production staff to ensure effective production scheduling, quality control, and timely completion of tasks Coordinating production planning and scheduling to meet customer demand and minimize waste Conducting regular quality control checks and implementing corrective actions as needed Identifying and addressing production bottlenecks and implementing process improvements Maintaining accurate records and reports, including production schedules, quality control logs, and inventory management Collaborating with other departments to resolve production-related issues and improve overall efficiency **EXPERIENCE AS A SUPERVISOR IS ESSENTIAL**
