Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to recruit HLTA to work with the pupils and students in our Lower and Upper Schools. Working alongside teachers, therapists and other support staff, you will provide support to groups and individuals. You will take responsibility for classroom assistance working with class teachers to in order to help promote effective teaching and learning for pupils and students. Support and supervise pupils and students throughout the school day whilst promoting independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion. You will provide support to pupils and students, individually or in groups, so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning and experience a sense of achievement.
