Summary
Akings Lodge is a caring residential care provider for children and young people with complex needs, focused on creating a safe and supportive environment.
We are currently recruiting an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to assist in running the home alongside the Registered Manager. This role involves leading staff, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with Ofsted, contributing to care planning, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
Candidates must hold relevant qualifications, have at least One years’ experience in residential childcare, and demonstrate strong leadership and safeguarding knowledge.
