Key Responsibilities:
-Assist the Head Chef in creating and delivering exceptional dishes
-Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation
-Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment
-Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
-Contribute to menu development, bringing creativity and flair to our offerings
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-quality restaurant
-Strong knowledge of modern and classical cooking techniques
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
-Excellent leadership and communication skills
-Passion for locally sourced, sustainable ingredients
