Summary
1. Plan and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely shipment and receipt of goods.
2. Monitor transportation schedules, routes, and costs for efficiency.
3. Communicate with drivers, suppliers, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
4. Track shipments and update delivery status in logistics software.
5. Handle transport documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, and customs forms.
6. Resolve delivery issues or delays by coordinating with relevant parties.
7. Maintain inventory and stock levels in coordination with warehouse teams.
8. Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies.
9. Prepare reports on logistics performance.
10. Support fleet and vehicle coordination, including scheduling maintenance checks.
