Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled Administrator with a valid CSCS to join our team on a dynamic and fast-paced project. This role is ideal for someone who excels in managing multiple streams of information and thrives in an analytical, detail-oriented environment.


Pay: £17.31 per hour
Location: Birmingham

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and process large volumes of project data and documentation
  • Support project managers and site teams with administrative tasks
  • Coordinate and manage multiple streams of information efficiently
  • Generate and maintain accurate reports using Excel
  • Ensure compliance with site safety and administrative protocols

Key Skills & Experience:

 Proven experience in an administrative role within construction or a similar fast-paced industry

 High level of Excel proficiency - including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, and data management

 Strong analytical skills and ability to handle multiple data streams simultaneously

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a site-based team

 Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills
