Summary
We are currently seeking a skilled Administrator with a valid CSCS to join our team on a dynamic and fast-paced project. This role is ideal for someone who excels in managing multiple streams of information and thrives in an analytical, detail-oriented environment.
Pay: £17.31 per hour
Location: Birmingham
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and process large volumes of project data and documentation
- Support project managers and site teams with administrative tasks
- Coordinate and manage multiple streams of information efficiently
- Generate and maintain accurate reports using Excel
- Ensure compliance with site safety and administrative protocols
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in an administrative role within construction or a similar fast-paced industry
High level of Excel proficiency - including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, and data management
Strong analytical skills and ability to handle multiple data streams simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a site-based team
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills
