We are looking for a confident and reliable individual to join our Parking team. If you’re ready to make a real difference in your local community, we have an opportunity for you.

In this active and varied role, you will be patrolling our car parks and on-street parking areas, helping to ensure that vehicles are parked in line with regulations.

You will be engaging with members of the public, providing clear and courteous guidance, and issuing penalty charge notices where necessary. This is an important frontline role requiring a fair and consistent approach, with good communication and a professional attitude at all times.

You will also support the wider team with traffic management, special event operations, marshalling, and occasional courier duties—so no two days are the same.

A full UK driving licence is essential. You will need to work outdoors in all weather conditions and be able to carry out physical tasks. In return, we’ll provide full training and uniform, along with the chance to gain an NVQ Level 2 in Civil Enforcement Operations and Conflict Resolution.

Please note: This position is subject to BS7858 security screening and an enhanced DBS check.
