Summary

We have a vacancy at Arnold Leisure Centre for a Swim Scheme Administrator, working 12 hours per week on a four week rota.

Your working pattern will include days, evenings and weekends, but is reasonably flexible and can be discussed at interview.

Swimming lessons for children is so important. Along with the numerous health and social benefits it can also save lives. We are looking for someone who is passionate about promoting this life skill to our customers and who has the skills to assist us in managing the scheme effectively.

About the role:
You will contact customers for a variety of reasons such as:
-Encouraging new membership
-Retention (customers wishing to leave or who have lapsed membership)
-Feedback (to help us improve the scheme)
-Direct debits (new membership and changes)
-Handling customer queries

The full requirements for the post are listed below, but in summary you will have excellent customer service skills, be a proficient keyboard user, be able to communicate through a variety of channels (email, phone and face-to-face), be a great team player and be able to work unsupervised. Previous experience of cash handling or taking card payments is desirable.
