Role Overview:

As a Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in delivering engaging lessons in subjects such as Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Computer Science. Your responsibilities will include working with small groups or individual students to reinforce subject knowledge, assist with practical experiments, help manage classroom behaviour positively, and contribute to students' overall confidence and academic progress. This is a fantastic role for someone considering teacher training in the future.

Who We’re Looking For:
  • A recent graduate (2025) with a 2:1 or above in a STEM subject (e.g., Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or Computer Science)


  • Some experience working with young people (in education, tutoring, mentoring, outreach, or volunteering)


  • Strong communication skills and a patient, proactive attitude


  • A passion for education and a desire to support pupils in achieving their potential
