How you'll make a difference

Our in-house design studio produces all creative assets for our business across both digital and print media. You'll be working on a variety of projects, supporting the development of new design concepts and creating assets aligned to with the Society's brand guidelines. Some of this will include branch marketing collateral, social media graphics, website banners, online campaigns, and internal brand communications.



What will you bring to the role?

-Experience designing for both digital and print, with a focus on consumer-facing marketing materials.

-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.

-Knowledge of the importance of typography, colour theory, layout, and composition.

-A good understanding of branding, visual identity, and how to execute designs that align with brand guidelines.

-Excellent attention to detail.

-Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.

-Ability to clearly present and explain design concepts, taking feedback onboard and incorporating it effectively.

-Ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
