We are seeking an experienced and driven PMO Manager to join ISS, playing a pivotal role in the delivery of our long-term transformation strategy.

This position will specifically support the People & Culture and IT Transformation Programmes, working at the heart of a high-impact team operating directly under the CEO and CFO.

The successful candidate will be stepping into a dynamic environment with a significant degree of autonomy and influence, offering a rare opportunity to shape the evolution of a maturing project function and leave a lasting mark on the business.

Job Description

This role is integral to supporting programme leadership and requires someone confident working independently while managing a broad and evolving remit.

You will be responsible for delivering a wide range of programme and project reports, tailored for internal and external senior stakeholders. These will span various levels of complexity, ensuring robust governance, alignment with project lifecycles, and adherence to Programme Office standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design and manage governance processes for project and programme assurance
Maintain accurate project data and ensure reporting consistency
Organise programme board meetings, prepare agendas, reports, and track actions
Uphold best practice standards within the CEO Transformation Office
Collaborate effectively with project, programme, and delivery managers
Monitor and report on budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies
Provide timely, accurate MI to support informed decision-making

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Strong expertise in PMO best practices, governance, and controls
High attention to detail with strong analytical and reporting skills
Excellent understanding of project methodologies and lifecycles
Experienced in supporting large-scale projects and multi-programme environments
Agnostic to specific systems or functions, adaptable across domains
Proven ability to ensure data accuracy and consistency in MI/reporting
Skilled in coordinating governance forums, tracking risks, actions, and budgets
