Summary
Position: Business Support Administrator
Location: Remote
Salary: Up to £27000 per annumm
Business Support Administrator is required as described in key responsibilities below:
- Providing support to the Senior Management Team, dealing with complex administrative tasks.
- Project management as required, ensuring business objectives are on track to achieve optimum outcomes.
- Attending internal and external meetings, preparing meeting packs, agendas, producing minutes and recording meeting actions, tracking actions across the wider team, using discretion as required.
- Facilitating meetings, including co-ordination and creation of agendas, meeting papers, and taking accurate minutes.
- Assisting with the day to day running of the Admin Support office and to being a point of contact for
- Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
- Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings Taking dictation and minutes
Personal Attributes:
- Significant experience working in an administrative role in a diverse organisation.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills to engage and communicate with Directors.
- Experience of meeting coordination, agenda creation and providing timely and accurate minutes.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
