This full-time Learning Support Assistant role places you at the heart of an inclusive and inspiring learning environment. You’ll work closely with a superb SEN Teacher and a seasoned team of SEN Teaching Assistants, helping deliver individualised care and support – including personal care – with excellence and empathy.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Supporting SEN pupils in all aspects of classroom life
• Assisting in personal care routines with empathy and professionalism
• Delivering learning activities and sensory tasks tailored to individual needs
• Promoting student confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing
• Partnering with the SEN Teacher and team to ensure each child thrives
• Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and families
