Summary
We're seeking a dedicated horticultural worker to assist with hands-on vineyard maintenance throughout the growing season. Responsibilities include tending to seasonal vines with care and precision, tying back growth to support optimal development, applying trellis clips for structured training, and performing shoot selection to encourage healthy yields. Leaf stripping is a key task to improve airflow and sun exposure. The ideal candidate thrives outdoors, has a good eye for plant health, and enjoys being part of a passionate team shaping each vintage from vine to bottle. Experience with viticulture or horticulture is preferred but not essential.
