The role of the Apprenticeship Support Advisor sits in the MIS & Funding team which is a busy, customer-focused environment that works to support cross college initiatives. Student Data and Funding team support the wider college teams throughout each stage of the learner journey including systems/process development curriculum planning and monitoring, this role will support the Apprenticeship Support Senior Co-ordinator with all the necessary administration tasks to achieve this objective.
This post is advertised on a full-time basis to cover a period of Maternity Leave on a fixed term contract until 31st August 2026.
The post will also provide customer focused administrative support to the internal and external clients, assisting with the smooth running of the section and take responsibility for the management of the Apprenticeship Service and apprenticeship signup process and paperwork compliance.
This role with minimal supervision, will maintain and administer the life-cycle of apprenticeship learner records ensuring that all records are maintained accurately and in a timely manner to meet internal and external requirements.
