Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Systems Administrator to join our HR Systems team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the development, maintenance, and optimisation of our HR systems while helping improve the experience for staff across the University.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line helpdesk support for Aston’s HR systems, including the HR Information System, Vacancy Manager, and others.
Respond to queries and troubleshoot system access and usage issues.
Support system testing and the deployment of new functionalities.
Assist with data quality checks, audits, and GDPR compliance.
Support annual statutory reporting by contributing to data cleansing projects.
