Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
Salary: £16.00 - £21.00 Per Hour, Depending on Experience.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Overtime Available.

Job Description:
The company are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This position involves inspecting components and testing products, analysing data, and implementing quality control measures to maintain compliance with industry regulations.
Candidates will be inspecting 1st off and last off's as well as final inspection and patrol inspecting using a range of equipment.
The right candidate must be able to program CMM's.
CMM on site has Aberlink software.
Training can be given on this software as long as the candidate has programmed and inspected on other software.

About The Role:

• Conduct regular inspections of products at various stages of production to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Produce ISIR'S and work with quality manager on NCR and 8D's.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of findings for quality assurance reports.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and guidelines.
• Participate in training sessions for staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.
Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in quality assurance, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to analyse data effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the capability to identify issues and propose practical solutions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information across teams.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and software for data analysis.
• CMM programming and operating (Aberlink software ideal but not essential as long as they have used other software)
