More detail about the role As part of the Culture and People Development team, youll: Lead the delivery of our Leadership & Management Development Programme and bitesize training sessions, helping managers at all levels grow and succeed. Take ownership of our Level 5 Coaching Apprenticeship Programme, building a coaching culture across the organisation. Partner with teams and leaders to improve team dynamics, using facilitation, psychometric tools and insight to drive collaboration and performance. Be a trusted expert, offering specialist advice and guidance on leadership, performance, and culture development. Champion our 'Just and Learning' Culture, helping leaders create environments where people feel safe to speak up and learn from experience. Ensure we continue to have an inspiring and welcoming induction programme that sets our new starters up for success from day one.What Were Looking For Were looking for someone who is: A confident facilitator with experience designing and delivering leadership and management development initiatives. Passionate about people, performance, and creating a positive workplace culture. Skilled in coaching, team development, and organisational development. Collaborative, credible, and able to influence at all levels. Pay: The salary advertised for this position reflects the Agenda for Change 2025/6 rates, inclusive of a 3.6% pay award which will be implemented later this year. If you join before the implementation date, the pay award will be backdated to your start date. Until then, remuneration will be based on the 2024/5 pay bandings (Pay scales for 2024/25 | NHS Employers) This is a fixed term contract for 12 months. For current NHS employees this post could be a secondment opportunity.
