Summary

Site Safety & Compliance
• Monitor that all services meet policies and procedures, assets are safe and legal or have robust mitigations in place, escalating issues as appropriate.
• Support the development and implementation of a positive health and safety culture and environment.
• Ensure relevant site safety management plans are provided.

Stakeholder Engagement & Customer Service
• Act as a key customer interface and FM subject matter expert by facilitating the explanation of complex or technical issues in a way that the customer can understand.
• Provide an active presence on site to develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, suppliers, site users and key stakeholders.
• Conduct and contribute towards governance meetings where required to ensure the contracted level of service is delivered.

Contract Management & Decision Making
• Support with contract managing key suppliers and monitoring performance, escalating where appropriate using available information to inform decision making.
• Support with monthly risk reviews, ensuring risks are documented on the site Risk Register and have mitigation plans in place.
• Undertake assurance activities on the performance of Hard FM and Soft FM suppliers, to ensure that the contracted services are being delivered to the required standard.

Programme Management & Delivery
• Assist with being the facilities management interface for capital projects being delivered, and support the development of future capital works plans and programming.
• Assist in the delivery of delegated works and projects, working closely with the contractor to monitor progress of works against projected in year delivery, highlighting any programme issues as appropriate and provide related reports as required.
• Work closely with all partners to resolve issues, agree required rectification plans, reporting progress and escalating as appropriate.
